He personally oversees all menu development, training, and operational standards for Ruth’s Catering. A certified Sommelier, Jim assists clients using his skill at pairing unique menu offerings with wine and cocktails selections to deliver a truly signature event every time.

Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc.Cheryl Henry, Vice President of New Business and Corporate Affairs, joined Ruth’s Chris Steak House in 2007 and manages all Catering guest services, including event planning, Private Event Manager training and on-site coordination. Using her 15-year background in major event planning, she guides a team of event professionals to deliver a flawless client experience from initial inquiry until the last guest departs.
